I don't have the "Delivery Placer" toolgun, how can I create my deliveries?

Now, you need to be in a admin usergroup (configured in the configuration file) and type the command delivery_config in your own client console. It will open a frame where you are able to create deliveries but also modify their order. You can't modify deliveries, just remove it and recreate it again since it's quick to do.

Does the delivery job is included with the addon?

The job is not included with the addon. You have to create it by yourself and then put the job name in the configuration file (by default "Delivery Man"). I want to avoid people have their jobs splited into several scripts, it's not a proper way of doing things when you own a server.
