My addons I bought were refunded for NO REASON.

Ok, so I was working with https://www.gmodstore.com/users/srlion trying to fix the SAM addon because it was creating errors. Out of nowhere my support ticket for SAM was locked and addons refunded. No anomalies in the bank or anything. (Note: Both refunds by same person)

Edit: I need this addons for my small server I am trying to develop, and this adds on to the stress.
