SAM admin mod or Sadmin?

So im trying to refine my cart of addons right now because im trying to spend no more than $150 for this first bit of addons then later down ill get lots more butttt, at first i really liked SAM admin mod because it just looked really nice and people say its way better than ulx so i was going to run that along with awarn3. But then i seen Sadmin which offers pretty much the same stuff as SAM i believe but it also has a warn system built in which saves money. Just not sure what i should do. Is Sadmin a replacement for ulx just like SAM? so many questions lol making this list is stressing me out
