GLua Developer | Custom Addons, Debugging & UI Work | DarkRP
I build and fix things for live DarkRP servers. Most of my work is either a system built from scratch or an addon that broke in production and needs someone to actually find the cause rather than patch the symptom.
What I do
Custom addons. Complete systems with their own economy, progression and in-game configuration, built so a server owner never has to open a Lua file.
Debugging and addon fixes. Addon conflicts, hook order problems, bad defaults, per-frame performance issues, things that only break under load on a populated server.
UI and interface work. Derma and custom menus, including reskins that patch a paid addon's controls without editing the addon, so an update cannot wipe the work.
Integration. Store to in-game delivery, Discord rank syncing, MySQL, web dashboards.

The Forge, a Smithing Addon

A full smithing profession for DarkRP. 25 forgeable weapons across 6 metal tiers, a three stage timing minigame where how well you strike sets both the weapon's damage and its value, six quality grades, a smithing skill system that unlocks better metals as a smith works, and a buyer NPC with rotating requests so there is a reason to forge something other than the priciest blade.
Everything tunable sits in an in-game menu that saves server side, so a server owner never edits a config file and an update never wipes their tuning. All models, materials and sounds ship inside. No required items.
Server-Wide Pick 4 Lottery

A real lottery rather than another raffle or scratch card. Physical terminals, a rolling jackpot, tiered payouts, and a configurable percentage routed to the casino job, adjustable in game to suit any economy.
Title Store (bug diagnosis)

Worked out why it fails on a clean install: UseMySQL defaults to true while the addon checks for mysqloo, so most people brick it on first install without knowing why. Reported to the author with the fix.

Diagnosis and small fixes: $25 to $50
Configuration, integration and addon conflicts: $50 to $120
Custom systems and addons: from $100, quoted per job
Hourly available at $30/hr if you prefer
Minimum job is $25. Larger work is 50% upfront and the remainder on delivery, and I am happy to demo on a test server before final files change hands. Bugs caused by my own code are fixed free for 30 days.
