Ban reason question

This is a question, Not a deban request I do not know who is this guys, but what is " Unauthorized redistribution " reason ? Like leak in leakforum or something like that ?

Pretty self-explanatory.
It means the buyer has redistributed some addon without the consent of the author violating the agreed uppon Terms of Service agreement.
In laymens terms: the bastard leaked it, was dumb enough to get caught, so got banned so he couldn't leak any other stuff.
