Webhooks v3, Status Dashboard and the Deprecation of Webhooks v2

A quick update on webhooks. As of now, the v2 webhooks are deprecated, and will be removed, at earliest, on the Monday, 11th of September 2023.
Their replacement is webhooks v3, which are based on API v3 resources, documented at https://docs.gmodstore.com/
Along with this, v3 provides a number of advantages for webhook consumers.
The first of these advantages is signature verification. This system provides a number of headers, which can be used to verify the authenticity of webhooks, as opposed to relying on the static delivery IP used prior.
Secondly, v3 has allowed us to provide a webhook status dashboard within Team Dashboard to provide an overview of webhook activity, view request bodies and check delivery response codes. Further, like GitHub's dashboard, it also allows you to resend webhooks.
If you'd just like to know the breaking changes:
- You need to re-create your webhooks in the new Webhooks section of the Team Dashboard.
- The bodies may have changed between v2 and v3.
- The webhook deliveries may not come from the same static IP.
