not everything will work on every server; GLua and DarkRP servers are such clusterfucks in themselves that actually having a script that is perfectly running on every server is pretty much impossible without VERY rigorous testing

the problem here is that he wasn't answering tickets and wasn't even coming online. If you paid for the product it should at least work and if it doesn't you should be getting a refund or getting support

I mean, according to the store, support is NOT mandatory: enter image description here

But I understand his position. I refuse to sell my addons unless I am able to provide as much support as possible.

But afaik doesnt it only alert users upon purchase. Thus making it not okay to do after selling it to people?

You should expect PS2 clones to pop up anytime soon anyway. Hopefully they'll be better alternatives.

Definitely not foreshadowing.

Please someone make an alternative so that I can throw my money at someone who actually deserves it. And dear god if you do please have some kind of outfit system that allows for accessory adjustments for different player models, or just integrate pac like he did. Because that is the ONLY reason I use PS2. Otherwise it'd be PS1 all day. And please please please allow importing of PS2 databases and I will make a shrine and call you a god. <3

If someone made a PS2 Alternative, charged $30, people would buy lol

you're fine to have no support if your script works if it starts breaking without retarded reasons (aka people being too dumb to install or configure it properly).

pretty sure ps2 was breaking generally and needed bug fixing bad, i mean it did before all of this so no doubt it still does

Do you not think that so many people own pointshop 2 (Which I'm pretty sure works fine if you're not retarded) that any clones would get nowhere near as many sales? Considering most people already own pointshop 2

Personally, I've been using Pointshop 2 for over a year now and there's so many minor to large bugs that I have to maneuver around to get anything done. Especially when it comes to making accessories using the Pac integration. So does it generally work if you're not retarded? Yes. But does it work well without issues especially with large databases? No. It doesn't from my experience. If someone made a replacement that offered generally what Kamshaks did without all the troublesome bugs, I would purchase it in a heartbeat. The only thing that would hold me back is like I said above, if it didn't allow for the database to be converted / imported because that would be hell trying to get everyone to take proof of their inventories and ect if you had to start with a clean slate. But from my point of view I would welcome a new pointshop, hopefully others would too. I also would welcome Kamshak coming back and improving upon all the issues but who knows if that will happen. =\

I've always been just using the original Pointshop with no issues and integrated PAC3 into it.

Pointshop 2 is a great alternative to PS1 due to things such as Kamshaks DLC's, though so many bugs, every 5 minutes there is an error, playermodels can be dodgey on it, databases are broken from it, so on, so forth
