How to call sequences?

First of all sorry for having to create a thread like this, it seems that facepunch has the most amazing bestest community that is so eager to definitely help you if you are stuck, Anyways, how do I call my sequence on when I press E on my custom SENT? Heres my code so far of just the USE function:

function ENT:Use()

local sequence = self:LookupSequence( "idle" )

self:SetSequence( sequence )

end

I have 3 sequences altogether and once I know how to call them ingame, then I'll be on my way, thanks.
