Paypal Dispute
Hi
I was seeking support from other server owners or even addon creators who have gone through a similar thing I'm going through currently. A user from my community is charging back a VIP payment his reason for the dispute is "Item not recieved" and he opened another one for "Not as described" he messaged me on discord minutes beforehand (although I doubt this can be used in a paypal case) saying that he wanted the rank and perma weapon removed from himself and even provided his paypal email and link. I use prometheous if thats any help? I don't know if anyone can help me out a bit here I'd be really appreciative.
You just show evidence to paypal that he has infact received his digital purchase. Otherwise you start looking bad to paypal.
Do not follow his request!
You must prove to PayPal that this person has received their item, once this is done, you can threaten the person to withdraw their Dispute, because you have evidence of a written document coming from the person in question!
If you win, the person who requested a dispute will take a ban from PayPal
PS: If possible, provide evidence by phone
