if you look at the black mesa workshop page, there's a list of configs you can paste into your server.cfg with your specified values.

I've both done that AND bought Dweapons. great script.

the CFGs I mentioned only do so much and require restarts.

btw, you need tor estart your server after installing dweapons twice before it'll give immediate responses to weapon updates ;)
