Best way to create a variable on player
Hello everyone, First, i'm French so sorry if I express myself badly I'm actually working on a delivery system (for my own use) and i've a problem. I want to "save" the client entity(that's an online player) in a variable on the delivery player. I first tried to use NWVar but i read this : https://scriptfodder.com/knowledgebase/article/19/seller-why-cant-i-use-nwvars So i'm looking the find the best alternative
What do you think about using DarkRPVar system?
Have a table on the shared realm such as MyAddon.MyEntityTable and make an index with the player then store the entity at a value, in going to use EntityDeliver for now.
Should look like this:
MyAddon.MyEntityTable[ply] = { EntityDeliver = entity }, please note ply is the player you want to store it at and entity is the entity you're storing.
I'm writing this on a phone so no doubt it will be badly written, hope this helps a bit
