Help With DarkRP Vehicles not spawning!

Hey There! So I have been attempting to spawn in Vehicles for my DarkRP Server, So I can link them to a Car Dealer through VCMod.

But the issue im running into is that I continually have this code come up.

"[DarkRP] The spawning of vehicles has been disabled! Please see the DarkRP settings."

That is all that it says.

I've adjusted the sbox_maxvehicles varible from 3, to 2, to 1. and now even 0.

Nothing

I thought maybe it was a Server.cfg issue, Not That Either :/

Just continues to flash me the error every time i try to spawn a car.
