Whenever I try to purchase an addon with Paypal, it says "We can't process your payment right now, so please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience." this happens on gmodstore and ONLY on gmod store. My paypal works everywhere else. Is it a bug on your end or my end?

Payments are working fine because I've received some today. And I haven't seen any other complaints about it. It may be something with either YOUR account, or the person who sells the script because payments for scripts don't go to one paypal account; they go to whoever sells that particular script. If there's another script you're looking to buy that isn't by the same developer; try buying that. That'll tell you if it's you or them.

If you want to be sure and you intend to buy more than one script, then try to buy the another one. If this doesn't work on the other script you want to buy, this means that the problem is in your side - probably a thing which is blocked in your Paypal account -. If this doesn't work only on one script and you can buy some others without encounter any problem, then yeah the problem can be due to the Paypal account of the author of the script: notify it if you are sure.
