Server Partners

I own a fresh server, and intend on making it the best. But being new to Gmod servers, I need a partnership to get things rolling. There are a few ideas I have but with this being a group effort, I will not be the deciding factor. My idea for the server is a JailRP, DarkRP or something decently unique.

What I can offer is:

1. Server
2. Money for addon and upgrades + Possible other services if required.

What I need:

1. Map, modeler, admin(s);etc

When the server is doing well and we have a stable community, I would like to add in Purchasable options for the players. The money earned will be split. The first of it will be used for server up time. We can negotiate split percentage based on contribution.

Sorry if not allowed here but I want t get this rolling and can't do so without support. Reply here or contact me on discord.
