Need a Developer (MySQL and Lua)

Posted a job 2 days prior to making this topic, but I really need this done.

Everything is in this link, however I'd like some actual support with this. I know they have a job section, but no one has really interacted with this job I posted. I would like to know if anyone is able to help me fulfill this job. It is complicated, yes, but I don't want to get banned off SF for double posting.

Hopefully you'll understand. Thank you.
