Gmodstore forums - Add-on Request section
Goodday everyone,
As the title suggests, I was wondering if this may be a nice addition to the forums of Gmodstore.
In this way the 'customers' can suggest add-ons to be created by willing Content Creators or may function as inspiration for future projects.
Although I rather have everything custom created, not everyone is capable of paying for custom-made add-ons. Server owners themselfs are the ones that mostly can come up with suggestions for add-ons that would potentially improve not only their sever but other servers aswell.
This would be a good idea in my opinion if it had some kind of up-vote system. That way developers could see what types of add-ons Gmodstore customers are looking for and/or what may sell well.
While we're at it though instead of creating a new thread I might as well throw it down here. Could you guys make it possible to sort or search through your purchases on the Your purchases page? Because it's a living hell when you own like 100 + add-ons... (Yes I know you can just search for the add-on manually through the store but sometimes I'll be looking for something rather old that I may not remember the name of so being able to search through my purchases with some kind of key-word like we used to be able to would be nice.. or I could just be dumb.)
This is why jobs literally exist...
I mean, kinda?.. But jobs are more of a case by case basis rather than something the general community is looking for. For example, I may want a more developed achievement system than is currently available on the market but that doesn't necessarily mean if I put a job up for it that a developer will see it and think, hmm maybe I should make an achievement system?.. That doesn't really correlate with what he is suggesting in my opinion. But again, it may be to much effort for what it is worth so.
You can make a thread that suggests ideas, that's completely fine. If a creator sees an idea they specifically like they could very well make it
