You attempt to use garbage PHP from tutorials to create a GMod-based forum software ignoring security. You could integrate steam authentication, but I doubt you would be able to figure it out since the only thing you've probably ever done with steam api was learn how to "parse JSON." You can't do any front end development so I don't understand your thought process when you say you want to sell this crap.
