Custom Spawnlist for an Server

Hello,
i want to make an custom Spawnlist for my DarkRP Server, i searched an searched in the internet but the only helpfull thing was https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/spawnmenu.AddPropCategory. Can somebody explain me what i have to do? Its a Addon or in the Spawnlist folder.

I have the same problem. Only thing I found is this:

It looks the correct way but I even if I did everything like they said it didn t work
I already fixed it, add me on Steam, i can explain it for you.
