More like question based post about addons

Hey,

I'm wondering myself if we (customers) buy some addons from ScriptFodder and those are excepted to be working right away after purchase as in addon description it's said to be working but there is fancy "banner" linked to ScriptEnforcer (list server there to make it work).

Now if everything is done as supposed meaning server is listed in SE, Addon put correctly to server files, FastDL setup (Usually is already done with the addon) and addon doesn't wanna work. In that case we want to open ticket here in SF and talk to addon creator what would be the issue (perhaps link some errors that came along). Everything turns out to be working correctly BUT there's an issue with ScriptEnforcer which blocks / Fails whole server from functioning correctly and makes it unplayable.

My questions are:

Does it belong to us (Customers) to contact ScriptEnforcer for issue which prevents us using addon we purchased from ScriptFodder? (I don't see this mentioned in any descriptions or in License which you have to agree while purchasing)

Does this kind of thing also give us right to give "2-3 star" review for addon if we can't use it due to third-party issue? (Now this I would mean let's say after 3-5 days from purchase and you still can't use it)

I have nothing against ScriptEnforcer as it's working against leakers which is super awesome. But as consumer when I purchase something, I'd like to get it working right away with out worrying about some "third-party" protections which makes whole server unfunctional when it fails. And this happens quite often, sometimes even more than once a month and it lasts from 1 hour even up to 12 hours.

I know this might feel stupid to post something which is fixed within "few days" hopefully.. But I don't personally feel like sitting near PC 24/7 waiting for next moment I can actually do something on server.
