It's easy if you live in USA or... All countries except fucking Russia... I live in Russia.
To register a business account i need to register a company (this is not easy at all), go to the tax office and wait for 3 hours for some papers. Then i need to wait 3 days to verify my information in PayPal merchant site. And after that i can sell scripts. Plus, im underage so... I actually can't do this.
It's free, of course.
But i can just register a normal account.

I don't think you can use a normal account, it says you need a business account here: https://scriptfodder.com/knowledgebase/article/2/setting-up-paypal-payments
My PayPal account is registered in a parent's name, I think you should do the same. Although you'll have to use your parents's bank account and/or card.
You can use a premier account, but it'll leak your real name :s

A premier account is a type of PayPal account with the same features as Business but with a few more. You have to pay for it I think.
I believe this is the Russian page: https://www.paypal.com/ru/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Merchant/general/PersonalVsBusiness-outside

That's a premier account, I upgraded to business and now my account is premier.
Probably already discussed by developers lose money with VAT because of how Scriptfodder handles transactions.
Instead of scriptfodder giving us lets say $3 for a script from a EU buyer, they give us $3.75 and then take $0.75 away from us because of VAT. Because of paypal fees, that $3.75 turns to $3.30 meaning in the end we get $2.55
Compare that to a non-EU user. $3.00 script, no eu tax, paypal fees turn it to $2.59.
$0.04 isn't much but it adds up if you sell a lot of scripts. Why can't you just give us the $3 normally and keep the $0.75 so I don't lose money from transaction fees?

I'm making more than I would paying for a $15 subscription so I'm not complaining.

We need the whole VAT cut(legal reasons), we can't be the ones who pay the fee. If we could do it in a better way we would, but PayPal's API's are shit. Ideally they should have a tax field that bypasses the fee stuff, but they don't. Their tax field does fuck all. Not to mention the only API they have that might do that is horrible. Matt has an idea that might work though.
Script cost without vat is 30.00$ now is 36.90$ XDDD Niceee
