Uploading a script but returns error??

I'm uploading my first script to GmodStore, but I'm getting a error when I've printed 'Submit Script' and verify that I'm not a bot. The error is this: "Unable to read image from file (/ tmp / phpYblfKi)."

Check here, I'm assuming this should be your image for your script.
