This is for all developers (HIGH Priority)
Scriptentforce may be closed. NA AND IF JUGGT THE Look up We have more than 20,000 experienced people who can do more than Lua
What I want to say is. Why do not we build ScriptForced as a security system I mean we can all program (write here the ideas purely or otherwise)
Let's forget about scriptentforcer and start with ScriptForce
no
We could all contribute We create that said at the time Bob the Builder
@QuackDuck: Use your Script Scriptentforcer?! When i Buy your Script i can Leak this
If I would buy your script Then publish it how would you find it?
Let us fight for a new system
What can we lose already
Did Trump tell you to write this? Sounds like one his policies... or a bad PSA...
Hi, I'm Sarah Mclachlan,Every day, kids around the world are leaking ScriptFodder scripts, and developers are paying the price. For a small donation of just 100,000 lines of code, you can help these developers fight the evil doers that do and put an end to leaking.

In all seriousness, there are other DRM systems in the works from what I've read. And even if not, DRM in Gmod can be quite pointless. If you hide code just to protect it, people can't modify the code if they want to. And sure, it keeps the basic no-brainer leakers from leaking, but anyone with 10 minutes of time and any type of background in development would be able to seek out a way around it.
(Keep in mind, this is coming from a guy who use to be all about DRM and protecting his assets). It really becomes more of a pain than what it's worth.
My advice to developers, either wait for another DRM solution, or make one for your own personal use like Aritz or Billy did.
[Edit] Matt just wrote this on another SE related thread, same thing:
because DRM is cracked super easily for GMod, as ScriptEnforcer was literally just RunString with a http.Fetch that could be cracked in under a minute by literally anyone - the more of an issue you try to make the redistribution of the script, the more of an issue you're making for the end users who buy the scripts.
if you really think your gmod addon code is that precious to protect just wait for gmodsecure
We get it, scriptenforcers closed. Do we really need 500 threads about it? Your post looks more like a shitpost then anything else really.
I do agree with Ben, although ScriptEnforcer closing down will effect many content creators and script users for a period of time, this will all be forgotten about once an alternative is released (From what I read, it seems soon). Everyone just needs to calm down, do damage control if they're affected, and move on. This isn't the end of scriptfodder, nor is it the end of the addons affected. So calm down!
I don't even understand what the fuck [LT-RP]BestOf is saying. Stop using Google translate!
