Report a bad user

Good morning, I was contacted by this player, STEAM_0:1:93793380 who offers to sell scripts when it is forbidden. In addition to that I have evidence that it injects into backdoor and bypass scripts, it also sells mod menus as you see it Is there a possibility to support this player and first ban him from the gmodstore community and second if it is possible to ban him from the game for that is server hack Thank you
