2-3 years ago I submitted a ticket for his broken addon kmapvote, it took him months to reply and it didn't even fix the issue. After that he just completely disabled it, so everyone who bought that addon basically got scammed cause that piece of shit doesn't work anymore.

This is a discussion we speak sometimes on the Discord. I was wondering if a content creator will create a thread related to his moderator rank. I am not against you for the proofs you are giving us.

Apparently there will be a shake about with the moderation system when gms2 comes out, guess we'll have to wait until that comes out to see if he remains mod or not.

I can't get rid of the feeling that you hold some personal grudge against me - i know that some of your mates do as i've issued some bans executing my moderator duties. If there is some issue please PM me privately. Please leave nominating the worst mod, deciding which scripts should and should not be accepted and staff demotions to mods, but i'll pass your opinion on to the team who actually have a say in this.

At the moment i am indeed not very active here as i'm in a very busy and somewhat difficult personal situation currently. I'm still helping moderate and mostly dealing with matters carried to me via PM. I of course review scripts as well although not nearly as actively as other mods do. I've been pretty upfront about this with the team. I have been chosen as mod mainly because of my pretty extensive experience in the area. I've been a mod on coderhire since the very beginning and coding for gmod in the hire a coder thread before that. (Coderhire is the predecessor to ScriptFodder for those who don't know it).

You also seem to be very concerned about me selling packages on pointshop2.com. Please keep in mind that i've launched this website long before the commission system was installed. There was no special treatment whatsoever at the time as there simply was no commission and the give scripts API has always been open to all.

Furthermore this was from the beginning on allowed by matt & marcuz. All the site does is process a payment and unlock multiple scripts at once here. It's a mere extension, not some kind of competing store website. It wouldn't even work without gmodstore. I will be glad to remove it as soon as the feature is native in gmodstore as the tax handling is indeed a bit of a burden. It's tolerated for the transition time but will of course be gone as soon as the feature is out.

You're not the first to think that the texthat is a 200 line shit script and but I invite you to take a look at it a bit more closely to see what it offers (it includes a variety of GUI elements and a live preview). I can also see from your repo that quite a lot of the functionality is missing still. The feature of the texthat is not drawing 3d2d text above a player's head but to make it accessible and customizable to all players. I believe 50 purchases (+ another 150 as part of a package) and 28 5* ratings should eliminate any doubt that this would not have been accepted. (BTW: Contrast this to your very own bail npc which has 39 sales and 3 reviews. Excluding config and 3rd party libs your NPC has 448 LOC, texthat has 434 LOC.)
