Another Silly Question about Devs?
Please don't hate me for acting dumb and asking this question...
I want to know can I hire a dev and pay him for every project, so basically he will be "in" my community until I need him for a specific job?
So say I hire him and a week later I need something like a scoreboard, then I can pay him to start making that for me?
You're not required to use gmodstore to hire someone, it's just a way to get him on a blacklist if he scams you
Edited you can make a "job" for each projects tho
but could I hire one person for all the projects I need in the future, and pay them when those projects come up?
You can hire anyone for any time as long as they agree to it.

You hire programmers for each specific job, it is down to the developers discretion whether he stays within your community and is constantly available.
