Need a price check on government radio system

Hello everyone,

I am making a new server on gmod that focuses on realistic roleplay and I am looking for a script for government radio's. This script must have a swep modeled as a radio with 3 different channels Police, Paramedics and Firefighters. When they become their job they should already be in their radio channel but they should also have the option of switching between the channels to contact other government branches. Besides this there should also be locked channels wich only certain jobs can acces like DEA, FBI and Secret Service. these have their own locked radio channel but can't go into other locked channels but they can into the Police, Paramedic and Firerighters channels

Noe my question was if I would make this job how much would this cost and maby if someone is interested about this you can also contact me so I can maby plan when I want this to be done.
