Hi, I'm Ben.

I have recently acquired a negative bank account and I cannot afford my rent for next month, so I have decided it is in my best interest to put myself out there for freelance work.

What can I do for you?

As the title suggests, I'm here to make gmod addons or do the odd web job here and there. Here's some of my work:

Custom Gmod Addons

I have around 6 years worth of experience with gmod and around 8 years programming in general. As for a portfolio, I'll list some things here.

1. My most recently published is Astrea Toolbox. A toolbox addon with many useful features for any gmod server. Quite proud of this one.

1. I have also made a radio/communications addon that has since been discontinued, but here's a quick look at my favorite feature from that addon. A hacking laptop that allows you to intercept different radio frequencies.

1. Some cool lootboxes I made that never saw the light of day, could definitly turn them into something cool.

1. I have no idea what this is, was gonna be in one of the gamemode competitions but then I got bored and quit half way through but it's cool!!!!

1. I made a cool audio visualizer I guess? Not really something useful but it's cute. (youtube compression murdered it)

1. Aaand finally I made titlestore. The UI is a little outdated but that was before I could design UI.

Web/UI

I mostly have experience with a Laravel/Vue stack. Whilst I can definitely do backend, I'll probably prefer more front-end heavy jobs. I don't have as much to show, but here are a few sites I've designed/made.

1. This is a site I designed and did the front-end for. It's not finished, hence the burger menu not being completed, but most of what I want to show is there.

1. This is a site I did for my coursework, it didn't have to function, it just had to have valid front-end. I was only permitted to use base CSS and Javascript with no external libraries. So everything here is mine (besides the icons).

1. A very quick FiveM store mockup I made. (Used gmodstore banners because FiveM script creators have zero standards)

1. A slice of a Job Generator page.

1. Part of a small project I designed for Uni to keep me in-line with coursework.

What I'm offering

1. 5+ Years of experience.
2. The job will be completely in good time. I will only take on one job at a time.
3. Addons/Scripts that will NOT destroy your servers performance.
4. Support after the addon is finished. (If any bugs appear, I will not continue to add features outside of our original agreement)
5. Every script will be configurable, either through a config file, or an in-game config powered by a free copy of Astrea if the job pays enough.

What I expect

1. Adequate English, so there isn't time lost to poor translation between the two of us.
2. A solid idea for what you want, and an extensive list of features meaning I'm not continually having to add things. Whilst I'm down for helping come up with ideas and finalizing things, if you're not 100% sure what you want, starting development can be hindered.
3. Offer me a budget. I'd much rather work off a price you give me, rather than asking me for one myself.
