Support taking too long to respond

Bought an addon several days ago but didnt get it. Emailed support, they asked for proof. Its been two days since Ive sent them proof of payment and I still havent heard anything! Just give me the addon!
Maybe link us to the addon you bought, also provide non-sensitive evidence if possible
