Not being able to buy more scripts?

I have tried to purchase a few more scripts, but it takes when I tick both things that are accepting the usage license and agreements it comes up with a red error box. The box also doesn't say anything. What's wrong?

Is it just one specific script or all of them?

Same Here I click the terms and conditions and then an error box with no text in it appears
