Server Crashes due to Segmentation Fault

I am using the VJ Base addon along with the various VJ NPCS on my DarkRP Server and when I attempt to spawn in NPC's the server crashes with a segmentation fault. Another issue that has been happening is players hands will disappear after a random amount of time and npc's logic breaks so they stop moving and interacting with the player.
