Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction on how to code an NPC to buy Entities and have a limit with it?

This tutorial helps you create an entity. Then utilize the Use to open a menu, using the net library. You must of course code the menu as well. Many articles on the wiki and internet has examples of how to do so. Here's one: https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/DButton
Run a new netmessage back to the server when a player buys a weapon and deduct money, plus give the weapon.
