Payment Problems!
Im living in turkey an PayPal was closed here about 2 years ago! And ı want buy addons BUT ı cant! İs anybody know diffrent way to buy addon
At the moment there is no different way to purchase an addon

If you really want to buy scripts, find another way to own them.
I don't think you're doing your server alone, and maybe a few of your teams are from other countries. You can give them money or anything by a way you want and then your team can gift you script through gmodstore by buying them for you. If scripts are gifted to you then it's like YOU are the owner of the script. There are a few alternatives to solve your issue; however consider it's not easy to change a money system like this, while Paypal is currently working for almost everyone except.... turkish people unfortunately and you have to do with that until things change.
Use a VPN and just transfer funds using gift cards or something.

Isn't using a VPN to avoid geo-blocking hella illegal?? I'd imagine so, considering you'd have to give a false address on sign up?? Then you're entering fraud territory...

Also, Paypal isn't gonna give two shits about fake information. They couldn't be bothered.
When you make more than a certain amount with PayPal they force you to verify your identity and address. You would have to use real information when you intend to make money with PayPal.
If you're making over a grand a month, sure.
It has nothing to do with monthly volume. There's a cap, and if you reach it, you need to verify your account. The receiving cap is at like $3,000 or something close to it.
That too. But I'm pretty sure they flag your account if you make over a grand a month. Could be wrong.
You should be using your real information regardless. PayPal effects your credit score and (in most countries) send your earnings to the government for tax evasion checks. They’re basically an online bank. You wouldn’t go to the bank and make a fake account, so why with PayPal??
They don't where I live. Plus, I've been using paypal since I was under 18 so I had to fake my info.
Your profile says you're from the US. And 1 google search says otherwise. Sure, you may not meet the requirements set to have your information submitted, but you're still breaking the law by lying about your information on a legally binding service. Especially when money is involved. I don't care much for what/how your handle your personal affairs, just don't encourage others to commit bad (and in some cases illegal) practices.
