Does anyone have the vmf for gm or rp_apocalypse?

The creator made a download link for all of his vmf's but the download link has unfortunately been broken for a while now. http://www.facepunch.com/threads/993307-gm_apocalypse?p=31162179&viewfull=1#post31162179

Please let me know if anyone has the vmf for either map
