Steamcall script errors

I purchased this script last weekend, then opened a support ticket the day after regarding an issue with the Steamcall script not working. But since I haven't gotten a response yet, I figured I'd post it here.

Anyway, when I type '!steamcall' into the chatbox, nothing happens. When I type steamcall_ui or steamcall_2fa in console I will get the following errors:

] steamcall_ui

[ERROR] addons/steamcall/lua/steamcall/client.lua:125: attempt to index field 'lang' (a nil value)

requestWindow - addons/steamcall/lua/steamcall/client.lua:125
unknown - addons/steamcall/lua/steamcall/client.lua:170
unknown - lua/includes/modules/concommand.lua:54

For steamcall_ui all that happens is that a black box that you can type in appears in the middle of the screen, and you can't do anything else but just type

] steamcall_2fa

[ERROR] addons/steamcall/lua/steamcall/client.lua:83: attempt to index field 'lang' (a nil value)

unknown - addons/steamcall/lua/steamcall/client.lua:83
unknown - lua/includes/modules/concommand.lua:54

I did follow all the instructions, and reread the config file multiple times, but I haven't found anything wrong. I also believe the following errors are the reason why !steamcall doesn't work.

Not sure if this could be the issue, but I just reread the lua/includes/modules/concommand.lua line 54 part here is what it says

--[[---------------------------------------------------------
Name: concommand.Run( )
Desc: Called by the engine when an unknown console command is run
-----------------------------------------------------------]]
function Run( player, command, arguments, args )

local LowerCommand = string.lower( command )

if ( CommandList[ LowerCommand ] != nil ) then
CommandList[ LowerCommand ]( player, command, arguments, args )
return true
end

Msg( "Unknown command: " .. command .. "\n" )

return false
end

the 'CommandList [LowerCommand ] (player, command, arguments, args ) is line 54.

I looked at the concommands for steamcall_ui and steamcall_2fa and see that their command functions have (ply, cmd, args, str). Could that be why it isn't recognized, because the darkrp file in lua/includes/modules/concommand.lua doesn't includ 'str'?

Check your config, maybe its a language setting of some sort which you didn't set up?

If you mean the config for the script, then I left the default language which is English. I didn't do anything else regarding language. Or do you mean config for my server?

Would I be allowed to copy and paste the code so I can get help?

Check with the dev first before posting any code. Config stuff is fine.

.-. too bad he hasn't responded.

My guess, but dont take my word for it is the config. If I was you I'd redownload the config and give it a shot again.

Apologies, I replied to your ticket ages ago but I was away at the time and sent it via mobile - must've have a dodgy connection. I'll take another look and get back to you right away. Sorry about that!

Then open a support ticket and await the developers reply.
