Mapper for Hire

Introduction
I am the Nut, owner of the Garnet Gaming which has been operating DarkRP and MilitaryRP servers since 2013. I have been involved in the Garry's Mod community for just short of a decade now, and as of the last few years I've really taken an interest in mapping which stemmed due to my own inability to find a reputable mapper to work alongside. Things progressed and I actually began enjoying my late night hammer sessions; seeing things either get created or optimized as they go from an unstable 30 FPS to a stable 100 in a taxing environment.
Why i'm offering my services
Unlike the majority of mappers I've come across who map-for-hire, I am here for reasons other than cash. I'm looking to gain more experience in hammer and level designing. So far I've created few maps from scratch, and primarily have been re-creating or improving pre-existing maps - whether it be aesthetically or in functionality via optimization. I'd really like to expand my knowledge past desert/forest terrains, and dive into things like SciFi.
Payment
As i've mentioned moments ago, I provide these services as a hobby/learning experience, and therefore I will not be charging as much as a typical mapper on GmodStore, however, I will also not accept silly projects that I do not wish to complete, IE: Nut can you remake rp_downtown, Nut would you please make my downtown look like Superior Servers'? When approaching me with a project, I'd like you to have a payment plan in mind, aswell as a blueprint for what you would like me to do!
Recent Works/Portfolio
RP_Garnet_Siberia A Military Roleplay-based map, heavily optimized. Delivered 300FPS (max) on a GTX 1060) and over 150 with a server at 128/128 users. Would likely be higher if it wasn't for unoptimized net-code. 
RP_Downtown_V4_Garnetedit RP_Downtown_V4 edit carried out for my community Garnet Gaming, with aeshetics and optimization in mind. I had over doubled the FPS my community was getting on average, with the majority of users reporting over 60 FPS with 100+ users on the server. 
RP_Rockford_Night A Rockford V2b map edit and optimization where I recreated rather large areas of the map as to stay well below the limits of the source engine, which the original map failed to do, as well as provide 73% more FPS to the average user on my server (average of 41 FPS with 40 users online raised to an average of 71)

Soz I guess I got confused when you were offering mapping services. I'd think it would be up to a bit of ambiguity in the interpretation because you wrote:but then go on to say,but then you say,I was genuinely confused with how you structured your post. Welp, even though my post was at no point poorly written, I HAVE updated it over time to be more professional/representative and I'd say your inability to comprehend was not at all my fault, as evident by your severely lack of brain capacity. You can feel free to join any of my servers to view my maps made from scratch, and I could give you the names of a couple communities I'd done custom mapping for in the past (assuming they're still up). I have not made any public projects for the workshops, simply because of the amount of edits/reuploads people will post against your will, if not make a profit off of your work by claiming it as their own. It's a fishy place.

PS Building via minecraft blocks is indeed much easier than using hammer.
