Map Creation Help

Hey, I'm in the market for someone to recreate a map from a game called Metal Gear Rising for a SFM project. I can send you more details but all i need are two rooms and an hallway and staircase to connect the two with lastly an Helipad. I have a video reference, tho there are no specifications for dimensions but the hallway and the stairs do not have to be extremely good, I just need it to connect the server room and the helipad.
