Essential mods for Starwars RP

What kind of essential mods for Starwars RP do you all recommend? I already have a list, I just want to make sure I got them all.

Mainly I'm concerned about NPCs, and improvements to them. I also heard nextbot 3 is good or something.

Also which is better, imperial or clonewars?
