Negotiation page help

First time completing a job on the new site and the process is a bit confusing. I just clicked "I am finished" on the job, and now there is a "confirm budget" button, but no way to change said budget. I had originally applied for a different amount but then we agreed over DMs on a different price, so i don't want to confirm this and have it charge the other person a different amount than we agreed on. Is there a way to change this? Or should I confirm the budget anyways and there will be some way to fix this afterwards?

Can you show me a screenshot of the confirm budget area? You're supposed to be able to suggest a new budget

Edit:

It looks to me like it works fine, you're supposed to submit a budget and then the other person will either agree or disagree.
