Judging off my own experience and knowledge I'd be willing to say that for the red S logo, the shape around the S was not actually created by you. You can still see the remains of what appears to be a white background that you attempted to cut out using the magic wand tool and then just added a gradient onto it.

I'd suggest not selling your services yet until you improve on what you already have. Don't give up though! I too started in a similar way to you! Just keep trying, be creative and never give up!
