I know it's possible, but is there one out there?

Basically just a program which makes it easier to make HUD using drag n drop components such as Frames, Panels etc Instead of having to program it all and change options multiple times till you get it correct.

I didn't see any out there, but you can always try making your own - it will probably be hard but if you're dedicated enough I'm sure you can manage.

DermaDesigner existed back in the day if you can find it again. Not recommended, but yeah.
