Server freezing?

I have a problem with my server, it usually freezes every 8-10 hours, but only when players are on. I have tried deleting most of my addons but doesn't seem to worked.

Workshop Addons:

ADV2, Auto-cleaning decals, WW2 Weapons 1, WW2 Weapons 2, 3D2D Textscreens, Precission tool, Gestapo Model, Flamethrower Swep, Gmod legs 3, Dr Schwaiger Model, FPS Booster, Permaprops, Simple thirdperson, Fire extinguisher, SprayMesh, DurgzMod, URS, Voice amplifier, Gmod admin suite, Simple Mining models, Srlion's Hook Library, Atlas chat - content, SQLWorkbench, Smartsnap, Improved stacker, More materials, Soldiers model, Chef Model, WW2 German Orpo, WW2_Reichsmarshall, Map, WW2_Verkehrspolizei, classic advert, permaprops, salute, farming content.

Every addons after Soldiers Model one are new, and freezes happened before install them so those doesnt cause it. I also tried to delete almost every Addon from workshop / replacing them but didnt worked. WW2 Weapons 1 and 2 were installed after freezes also. Used also to try replacing all models in the past, deleting srlions hook library, auto-cleaning decals, voice-amplifier but didnt worked too.

WW2 Weapons 1 and 2 (Same than workshop), ulx, ulib, Ultimate_Disguise_Kit, Teams Radio 2, Steamgroup_rewards, Stacker, SScoreboard, SQLWorkbench, Simple Mining system, silkymotd, sh_safezones, sh_reports, prometheus, openpermissions, itemstore, gmodadminsuite, enchanced_meth_lab, enh_sawmill, ember, discord_relay, darkrpmodification, darkrp vrondankis levelling system, cuffs, bodygroup, awarn, ahud, advdupe2, advanced_oil_mod, [darkrp]_bank_robbery_system_389445061.

Teams Radio 2, Discord_relay, Ember, Farm, SQLWorkbench, Gmodadminsuite, Openpermissions, sh addons, bank robbery system, cuffs, silkymotd, ww2 weapons 1 and 2 cant be cause installed long time after freezes started. Used also to try deleting simple_mining system, ulx, ulib, itemstore, enh_sawmill, but didnt worked.

No, I don't have any leaked addons.

Tried with diferent map, same issue.

Logs actually doesn't say anything when the server freezes. Only way for restart is killing process and CPU get up to 100% once it starts to freeze

Someone know any way of fix this?
