Job disabled

One of my jobs were disabled due to the shitstorm of comments. I understand that completly, I did get an applicant though. Do I make a new job with the description to be nothing and have the guy apply there? I disabled your job due to a non-serious budget. $2.00 is a pittance. Keep your job outside of SF if you're not going to offer a reasonable amount.
I am willing tto pay more and pay the appliacnt the amount he wishes. My mistake. I should have asked how much this job would cost in this forum. Please reopen.
Just recreate the job and allow the developer to apply again.
