We've had two changes we'd like to talk to you about today: ticket webhooks and creator download without replacement.

Ticket Webhooks

We launched the highly requested ticket webhooks, being the 2nd most upvoted request on the issues page.

You can use these webhooks to trigger external automations based on various events, such as changes to tickets, attachments, replies and more.

Download Without String Replacements

We've also made a small quality of life improvement for content creators.

In your addon dashboard, under the versions tab, is now an option to download the pre-replacement / build server source of a product version.

This can be useful if you lost your VCS, deployed a change manually and want to backport, or for any other reason you'd like. 

However, for security, this button is only available to the primary author of the team, and requires a 2FA verification (if 2FA is enabled on your account).
