MOTD Loading Problem

Hey all just wondering if anyone knows why my forum URL isn't loading in the ULX MOTD menu. i have tested Google.com and is working correctly but when i put in my URL http://www.galaxyserversau.com/forums/ or galaxyserversau.com/forums/ it doesn't load.

if anyone knows how to solve this problem can you send me a link to a confirmed forum post that has had the same problem solve or tell me how, that would be much appreciated!!
