Opinion on my next addon
Hey guys, i'm planing to release an addon -which i'm not sure of the name yet- which is kind of the succesor of Permanent Properties.
Here is the link of the preview
I'm planing to release it at around 7$, which is cheaper than the original price of Permanent Properties and it also includes more features.
The addon should be released around the 22th of this month.
Right now the priority is to add a mailbox so the co-owners can receive mails (Right now, the button "Leave a message", sends a message to the owner, not the co-owners)
If you got any suggestion, about a missing feature or a UI tip, feel free to say it.
Also, since english is not my first language, if you see any weird shit in the video, tell me and i will fix it.
Even if the video the "extend the lease" button was not working, i fixed it right after recording the video.
I'll spend the next days hunting for bugs finishing the mailbox, and adding ton of homes for the most used maps, so if you want any map ready to use with the addon, tell me.
Roughly the idea is to alloy you to rent or purchase your home and you keep it even after leaving the server for X times (if X is lower than the lease duration, eh).
Props are saved, you can give keys to your friends, so they can access the doors, spawn props inside (which will not be saved, only owners's ones are saved). and read your mails on the panel.
Screenshots if you can't see the video:

You should change "The lease is expiring in one days" to something like "Lease expires in 1 day" (you should check if it's one and not have the s at the end), or like this "days until lease expires: 2"
'Read Mail' instead of 'Read Mails'
Gonna pull a paperlacks and say don't forget to string.Comma. It really does make everything look cleaner
Looks Nice!
Updated the addon with all the recommendation

~7$, people who already own Permanent Properties will get a discount
I think the UI is very clean but if this is aiming for roleplay realism a lot of it could be done on NPC. this would make the addon more appealing in my opinion as I would replace it for any other property mod in a second if it had an NPC. Just because an at house gui isn't very realistic. Again i own ur addon already that does this and I love it just wish there was a clean npc to it not house gui. Maybe add configuration to do either one?

Do not use string.Comma if you can help it. Use DarkRP.formatMoney instead.

I have a suggestion, we actually do something like this on my server. But there should be an option to let actual players be the real estate agents and own the property, therefor be able to rent them out to other players.

I had this idea at the very start, during the design, but i gave up on this idea
