-Update Due to the Disagreements I'm going to hold off on this for now till I understand it a tad bit more.

If you don't want to pay anything for an AC, Modern AntiCheat is I guess better than nothing, but "smarter" cheaters are easily going to go around this. Koala has SwiftAC, which offers a lot more detections and features than Modern AC, and is actually harder to bypass without going in too many specifics.

Koala I'm afraid there are no publicly available / buyable anticheat solutions better than these two right now. There are a few paid / virus-packed "usable" cheats that are not instantly detected by these (only some features are detected), as well as a few, poorer feature-wise publicly available cheats that may not fully be detected, but external / properly written internal non-LUA cheats are harder to detect.

Have you tried contacting these addons' developer Ley telling him what features exactly aren't detected ? I know he's planning to / in the process of rewriting both addons though, and some new features are continuously being added.

Other than that, I can only suggest getting a ScreenGrab addon (some methods allow to screenshot some of the more advanced cheats), and simply having your admins be more vigilant about these issues. One can only do so much to automatically detect external cheats from inside the sandboxed LUA environment.
