What the hell?.. Taiwanese people, need your help

So I checked this site out:

1. Seems to be an official Government Website
2. It offers quite a few Online services like report traffic violations
3. I was not able to find any emails you could contact only this: http://english.police.gov.taipei/ct.asp?xItem=998842&ctNode=15877&mp=108002
4. They got an English website, I hadn't had enough time to check it out fully but you might be able to find something
5. Appearently someone reported a car using your email

I wouldn't be concerned, because if you haven't done anything then there's nothing to worry about. Even if someone else used your email, then they did something even more illegal and you were just a victim

If it really starts getting serious you might have to phone them.

But try checking their site first.
