Can someone recommend me some ULX groups for darkrp like admin, vip, mod and so on, and what kind of permitions should they have
This is really something a server owner should be able to setup on their own and is really down to preference and how much you are going to trust your staff in terms of permissions, if I was you I would only give staff the permissions they need rather than giving them all permissions like a see a lot of servers do as this just results in a lot of staff abusing the extra permissions.
