Ban appeal confusion

A little over 6 months ago I was banned from purchasing new items on here by marcuz, who told me that I could appeal after 6 months. however I am confused as to where I post my ban appeal? now I would message marcuz, however I hate to be the guy who's bothering him while he is playing a game, so I'm making a post here.

So where do I post my ban appeal? I assume the refugee camp, considering the read me there is a guide to how a ban appeal is suppose to look like, however I cannot make a post there. No make a post button

I am now thinking maybe I have to make a reply to the read me post? however its 3 months old and there is no reply to it, so clearly other people have not been posting their appeals there so I am confused, am I missing something?

Where and how would I message them? When I spoke to marcuz this morning on steam explaining to him the facepunch post he originally told me to post my appeal on 6 months ago is now closed, and he told me to do it on scriptfodder, so I assumed he meant the forums? I hate messaging marcuz because I always feel like I'm bothering him, and I'm in no rush to have my ban lifted ASAP however it would be nice to purchase some new things that have been released in the last 6 months.

I personally don't deal with appeals in my PM. I've forwarded the thread so that it can possibly be changed so every ban can be appealed in the appeal section and not just "full" bans.
