Some christmas words...
Hi there,
as some of you might've noticed: It's christmas time.
I'd like to take the opportunity to lose some words for... everyone I guess.
We all had a pretty rough year I guess & christmas is supposed to be a great time for everyone.
I made some personal experiences and I have witnessed that a lot of people have a pretty much horrible time right now. A lot have lost loved ones this year and this hits especially hard around this time, when you notice they are no longer there. Some have had their lifes messed up by covid, lost their job, have gotten pretty sick and other just suffered from the economical damages.
The most difficult part for those that haven't been hit that much (or at all), I'm counting myself to them: They can't really do anything in order to help others.
That's why I thought some words might do the trick.
To each and everyone reading this: Have a decent christmas, try to take some care of yourself around this time of the year, it might be rough and it will probably take some more time, but things will get better, that's a fact. Time heals most wounds.
If you can, be there for others. Text someone who might be alone this christmas. Send that text to your grandparents, do it now or you'll forget it again! Don't wait for others to text first, it's the way most people think and in the end, it would make the world a better place if we take some of our energy and gift it to others. One text can make a whole day, a single call possibly even a whole week. Spread some love.
Cheers to all of you, you've made it this far, you'll get through the rest of it.
Stay healthy & have a wonderful christmas everyone <3
